Gene Soltero

CEO

Mr. Soltero has over 40 years of experience in the management of oil and gas exploration and production operations, leading both public and private companies and being responsible for a number of new field discoveries throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. His early training was with Sinclair Oil Corporation in international exploration and production management. He holds a bachelor of engineering degree from The Cooper Union and a master of science in industrial management from M.I.T., where he was awarded a fellowship in petroleum economics. Bob Thomas

President

Mr. Thomas has been an independent oil and gas operator for the past twenty years, originating, funding and drilling prospects in Oklahoma and Texas. During this period he also managed companies that provided contract drilling services and administrative consulting. The first ten years of his career was spent with Phillips Petroleum in engineering and management assignments throughout the U.S. Mr. Thomas holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering and management from Oklahoma State University. Billy Wilson

Consulting Geologist & Engineer

For the past twenty years Mr. Wilson has been an independent geologist and engineer, providing consulting services for small oil and gas companies as well as some of the larger independents. He also generates his own exploratory prospects and has managed a company providing contract drilling services. He had his early training at Amoco, starting as a petroleum engineer and then as a geologist. Mr. Wilson holds a bachelor of science degree in petroleum engineering from Texas Tech University and a bachelor of science in palentology and geology/geophysics from Midwestern State University. Kevin Rigsby

Consulting Geologist & Geophysicist

Mr. Rigsby has more than twenty-five years experience in geological and geophysical prospecting utilizing magnetotelluric, electrotelluric, and airborne magnetometer geophysical methods. His focus has primarily been in oil and gas exploration, be he also has conducted exploration for coal, groundwater and hard minerals. His early training was with Geophysics International, working on projects for major oil company clients. Mr. Rigsby holds a bachelor of science degree in geology from Oklahoma State University. David Whitley

Consulting Drilling and Production Engineer

A 30-year veteran of oilfield operations, Mr. Whitley spent the last fifteen years as an independent drilling and production engineer, providing consulting services for small oil and gas companies as well as some of the larger independents. He provides on-site supervision for drilling, completion, and work over operations. He had his early training at Amoco, starting as a production engineer and attending their internal company schools on oil and gas field drilling and completion operations. He then moved on to a number of larger independents working as an operations engineer and operations manager.
